Cupcakes and Champaign with Indiana Congressional Candidate Cinde Wirth

Beautiful weath­er here in Connersville as the Fayette County Democrats wel­comed Cinde Wirth, can­di­date for the House of Representatives, from Indiana’s 6^th District.

Delicious cup­cakes — made by our own chair­per­son and can­di­date for coro­ner, Sheila Sturgeon — and cham­paign were served, and we all got to pick Cinde’s brain in a relaxed, open setting.

Cinde is a 7^th-gen­er­a­tion res­i­dent of Bartholomew County where she lives with her hus­band Trent. She is an edu­ca­tor with a strong sci­en­tif­ic back­ground and who con­tin­ues to fur­ther her own edu­ca­tion even while devot­ing her time to pub­lic ser­vice. She’s pas­sion­ate about the envi­ron­ment, an advo­cate for repro­duc­tive free­dom, and has expe­ri­ence on Capitol Hill already, hav­ing served as an expert advi­sor on edu­ca­tion and sci­ence to the 115^th and 116^th Congresses.

And we want to send her back to the Hill, this time as a Congresswoman!
