- Made $450 at the last breakfast to donate to Riley, may add more as a donation. Representative from Riley coming July 23, 10:30am to collect the money, Newspaper is invited to cover that

5. Old Business
- Celebration in the Ville- made $35 from water
- Sno Cones- $41, donated to the Women’s Club
- Dinner at Fair, only day available is Friday, that is the demolition derby, not a good day to do, won’t do
6. New Business
- June 14, 2025 No King’s Protest 12 – 3pm at the Courthouse
- Fair events: Way Entertainment Karaōke Monday, Bloom Diggity karaōke on Wednesday. Sheila making tumblers and Tshirts to sell, may sell water, Remi and Committee planning an event. 50/50 will be done every night. Will need to renew the gaming license- expires June 30, 2025
- Bingo- Elks Club in Rushville, Monday/Wednesday nights, inviting people to go observe and get information from them. Still up in the air about where to do gaming/bingo, neutral grounds
- Mailing list- asking for monthly donations
- Gaming license- discussion about renewal. Men’s Club offered to pay for it. Jay Halveland made a motion to renew, Donna Ruf seconded, motion passed. Jordan asked who oversees raffles etc. Underneath the fundraising committee. Jordan volunteered to join the fundraising committee. List of handlers etc will be revised
- Rummage Sale leftovers, went to Tammy’s yard sale.
- Terry looking into new signage. Got a quote from Cain Signs for installation. Asked if it needs to be lighted, discussion. Suggested to find a local artist perhaps to make one. Also suggested Papermoon/different company because Cain is known to be pricey
- Sno Cone machine- machine was supposed to be bought by Jaime and donated to the Central Committee. Tammy instead bought and donated it to the Women’s Club
7. Public Comment/Open Discussion
- Suggested a “community” fun day, pitch-in etc that’s not focused just on politics and instead strengthen bonds within the group
- The Haven community meal sign-up sheet passed around. Meal is June 12- second Thursday every month. Dinner is served at 5:30
- Question about donations from DNC- the state party is getting money divvied up from large-scale donation efforts, but it doesn’t trickle down to counties
- 2026 Offices up for re-election- need to start recruiting- start talking to friends/neighbors, etc
